We’re looking for an Executive Office Administrator to support our Senior Management Team at the heart of a busy further education college.This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll keep senior leaders organised, informed, and running efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Take accurate, high-quality minutes, including for sensitive meetings
  • Proactively manage diaries, meetings, and executive priorities
  • Prepare professional reports, agendas, and correspondence
  • Coordinate key meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a senior admin role
  • Outstanding minute-taking ability and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
