Office Administrator job summary

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our busy school office team. This is a varied role supporting the back office with administrative support and covering the reception as needed to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Key responsibilities include supporting and monitoring pupil attendance, communicating with parents/carers, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will also assist with school admissions, maintain accurate pupil records, support the organisation of trips and clubs, and provide general administrative support.

At times you may be required to welcome visitors, answer calls, and provide a professional and friendly service to parents, staff, and pupils.

Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (including Microsoft Office) are essential, along with good literacy and numeracy.

15 hours per week - 9:00am - 12:00pm (Monday - Friday)

39 working weeks per year / 44.7 paid weeks per year

Salary: Scale 3 point 5 - £9,144.92 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
