We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our busy school office and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our academy.

As the first point of contact for parents, carers, visitors, contractors, staff and children, you will be the welcoming face of our school. Working alongside the Office Coordinator, you will help ensure that our office operates efficiently, professionally and with warmth.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is professional, approachable and able to thrive in a busy school environment. You will need:

  • Experience in a general office or administrative role

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Experience of reception or front‑of‑house duties

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to write clear, professional emails and letters

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Confidence working with a wide range of people
