About the Role
We seek an organised, hardworking Administration Assistant to join our successful secondary academy school of 600 students within a diverse catchment area. The successful candidate will provide a professional administrative service as part of the school office and assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the school office including aspects of administrative organisation and reception duties.
Your Responsibilities
- Please refer to the job description attached.
- The role will include administering first aid and therefore the successful candidate will be required to complete an Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification.
What we are looking for
A candidate with some previous experience in an administration role who is passionate to work in a school environment
A strong communicator, able to deal with staff, parents and students efficiently and effectively
An upbeat, positive and friendly demeanour
An extremely organised individual with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced school office environment.
