Office Assistant and Receptionist job summary
The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, front-facing professional environment and has excellent time management and administration skills. Duties will be varied, providing administrative support within the school office, including routine typing/word processing, filing and photocopying, undertaking reception duties and dealing with general enquiries from parents and visitors. Good personal presentation, a friendly disposition and a willingness to participate in school life are considered important qualities for this position. |
