Office Manager job summary
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and suitably experienced Office Manager who:
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Has strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Has excellent ICT skills
- Is able to deliver outstanding customer service to our parents, pupils, and visitors
- Can develop systems and processes to meet the operational needs of a school.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work well under pressure
The ideal candidate will hopefully have experience of school business functions, including human resources, premises management and health and safety, although this is not essential as training will be given.
