Office Manager job summary
To be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development and management of the administration team, site team and welfare staff.
To liaise closely with the Central Team and take responsibility for ensuring agreed procedures are followed at all times.
To be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the student database.
To complete the school census as required
To provide admin assistance to the Executive Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to help support the effective running of the school.
To To attend regular Ivy Office Manager meetings.
To be responsible for the school’s staff administration, such as recruitment and payroll
