37 Hours per week term time + 3 weeks (including training days)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and coordinate administrative procedures and systems including ways to streamline processes.
Establish clear and consistent systems to develop an efficient and organised school Reception office.
To arrange and organise cover for planned/unplanned class staff absence.
Support the Trust’s central HR team with all safeguarding checks and processes for the SCR ensuring all visitors, including staff and agency staff, adhere to our Policy.
Oversee all communication for Greys Education Centre (including parents and carers).
Day to day line management of the School Office Team. Ensuring reception is always run in a professional and business-like manner with adequate cover in place.
A required, to work with the Headteacher to review the roles of the School Office Team allocating responsibilities, as appropriate.
