We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the academy runs smoothly while supporting our staff, pupils and wider school community.
About the Role
As Office Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations, ensuring our systems, processes and support services are delivered to the highest standard. You'll lead a dedicated team across administration, reception and support services, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Headteacher and central Trust teams, you'll help deliver both operational excellence and strategic priorities, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and contributing to the continued success of the academy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the academy's administration, reception and support teams.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the school office to ensure an efficient, welcoming and professional service.
- Overseeing administrative systems and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with operational planning and academy priorities.
- Acting as the key link between the academy and central Trust services.
- Ensuring compliance with Trust policies and statutory requirements.
- Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors and external agencies.
About You

- Previous experience within an education setting is desirable, although we welcome applications from experienced office managers with transferable leadership and operational skills.
