Office Manager (Maternity Cover - Fixed Term) job summary
Parkfield Community School is seeking a highly motivated and forward‑thinking Office Manager for a maternity cover position, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
We are looking for a professional and skilled individual with the passion and energy to support our busy school office. You will need excellent communication, organisational and customer‑service skills, and be confident using a wide range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
As a forward‑thinking team, we need someone who can lead and support change, as well as take on ad‑hoc school projects when required. You will be able to build positive relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and visitors, and be flexible in responding to priorities and problem‑solving as needed.
