Office Manager - Pastoral & Community Services job summary

Beckfoot Phoenix is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as the Office Manager. Who will play a key role in a supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, or supporting colleagues across school within Pastoral and Community Services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:

  • Will champion our school values of Enjoy, Learn and Succeed
  • Is professional, friendly and able to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, families and visitors
  • Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Is confident using digital systems

This is a Permanent, Full time role. SO1 SCP 23 - SCP 25
Working hours 37 hours per week, All Year Around. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.
