We're searching for an exceptional Office Manager to lead our busy front office team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions for the school. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and parents, and play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team with communication and event coordination.
- The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week (8am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3:30pm Friday).
- This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time and non-pupil days.
A Day in the Life:
You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the school office and line management of administrative staff.
- Management of office systems including communications, calendars, filing and procurement.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
- Liaison with external agencies, parents and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
What We're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A confident, approachable and proactive outlook.
- Strong ICT skills, ideally with experience of Google Apps and Arbor
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ideally have experience in a school or education setting with a working knowledge of school policies and procedures.
