Office Manager job summary

Office Manager - 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Salisbury Road Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a
hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to join our
administration team to help us deliver an effective service to our staff and
students.  This is a key post within the school which requires
dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach, providing support
and guidance to the staff and students on a range of administrative functions.

This is a varied role, supporting the school and the wider Trust central
teams . Whilst experience within an educational setting is beneficial, if you believe you have transferrable skills to bring to the role, we would love to hear from you.

Full training will be provided in
order to ensure the successful candidate is fully supported and equipped to provide the invaluable
support to the children and wider school.

The successful candidate will:

·       Ensure the smooth running
of the Administration office

·       Have
administration experience
in a high quality, fast paced environment

·       Have
a strong work ethic, high personal work standards and an attention to detail

·    Be
able to work supportively
as a member of a team in order to deliver the team’s objectives, with good
interpersonal skills

·       Have
a positive attitude and embrace changes leading to improvement
