Office Manager job summary
As the Trust continues to grow, our roles offer pathways for ambitious and dynamic individuals. This is not just an office management role; it is a pivotal position responsible for assisting with the strategic and day-to-day operational functions of the school.
The successful post-holder will work closely with the Head Teacher and the Trust central team to ensure robust financial health, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be the architect of the schools' business infrastructure, ensuring that resources are optimised to support teaching and learning.

An expert in Arbor MIS (or similar) with an unwavering attention to detail regarding data and deadlines including ensuring 'a single source of truth' for all staff and student information.
Able to balance a demanding workload while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic outlook.

Available to work flexibly to meet school needs.
