We are seeking an organised and self-motivated School Business Officer with strong administrative skills and experience in a busy office environment. The role involves working closely with the leadership team, staff, parents and pupils, and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be professional, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator, playing a key role in managing reception duties, handling calls and emails, and sourcing and ordering school supplies.
You will be required to work term time only, Mon-Thurs 8am till 4pm, Fri 8am till 3.30pm, 37 hrs per week.
Requirements:
Experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
