Office Manager job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our Administration team.
Post hours 37 hours per week for 41 weeks per year.
You will be the face of Sherford Vale School and Nursery taking calls, responsible for undertaking a range of administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school and ensuring effective coordination and integration of administrative and support functions.
The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, hardworking, a multi-tasker and extremely well organised. We are looking for candidates who have professional and excellent communication skills (oral and written), a clear telephone manner, proven computer skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Applicants must be able to develop positive behaviour strategies with children, have positive relationships with Parents/Carers.
