Springfield is a medium sized primary school, in Kempston, just outside of Bedford and is proud to be part of a school within Chiltern Learning Trust. The school has over 400 pupils, and is on an upward trajectory and received a very positive Ofsted inspection in June 2022 rated ‘Good’ in all areas. The staff, students and Governors have a real ‘can-do’ attitude.

 We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to join our friendly school as our Office Manager. The role is to oversee and manage the administrative function within the school and work with a range of stakeholders to support the learning of all pupils in the school.

This is a key post within the school which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach providing support and guidance to the leaders within the school on a range of administrative functions. If you feel you have the appropriate skill set to undertake this role and are keen to develop your career in an educational setting we would love to hear from you.
