Office Manager job summary
Holy Cross Catholic Multi Academy Company are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our busy administration team at St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School, based in Foleshill, Coventry.
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the school. You will manage the day to day running of the school office, handle administrative tasks, support the Senior Leadership Team and work closely with the MAC Central Team as the school point of contact for finance and HR.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors.
- Experienced in leading administrative functions, ideally in a busy office environment.
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A creative problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to prioritise.
- Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in the use of ICT, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
The appointed person’s personal qualities will include the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, being personable but professional at all times with an excellent work ethic.
