St Francis C of E Primary is a vibrant, forward-thinking Church of England school located in the leafy suburb of Bournville in Birmingham. We are part of the small, but growing, Fioretti Trust which is supportive, prioritises staff well-being and ensures that overall autonomy remains with each individual school.

Due to promotion, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Office Manager to strategically manage clerical and administrative support to school leaders and the school community.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support our Christian ‘High Five’ Values and ethos
  • Have recent experience of holding a key role in a school office
  • Have high expectations and a commitment to drive and support change
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Form positive relationships with all stakeholders
