About the job

We are looking to appoint a talented, creative, inspirational and caring office manager to join our fantastic staff team after the Easter holiday. The role of office manager is vital to the smooth running of the school office, leading and managing the administration systems.

You will:

  • be approachable, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting pupils, parents and staff
  • provide a calm, professional and welcoming reception to all
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • have previous experience working in a school or office setting
  • have strong organisational and problem-solving skills

St Leonard’s is a community VA (Voluntary Aided) Church school and has strong links with both the Church and the village. There are 110 children aged from 4 – 9 years in the school and they are distributed between five classes.
