We work towards our aspirations and celebrate our personal achievements. We learn to make choices that shape our future; enabling us to have our voices heard, be respected, develop resilience and independence to take our place in society.

St George’s School is expanding

St George’s is a secondary special school on the Isle of Wight providing education for students with severe and complex needs.

In September 2024 we opened a satellite provision in East Cowes for young people with SEMH needs, where we have embedded trauma informed practice and a therapeutic approach to support students on their academic journey.

The provision has been incredibly successful, and we look forward to welcoming an additional cohort of young people in September 2025.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic Office Manager to be part of our dedicated team at St George’s Studio East Cowes, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day to day office operations. You will be committed to providing a first-class customer service to external stakeholders, staff and students, supporting our aim for all learners to receive a high-quality experience at our learning centre.

This is a varied and rewarding role, where duties will include maintaining a professional front of house service, liaison with families, responding to queries from a range of personnel, maintaining records including EHCP paperwork and documentation and continuously seeking opportunities to improve office processes and procedures.
