We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and reliable full-time Office Manager to join our dedicated and friendly office team.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, have proven management/leadership skills and will be a highly motivated professional who has the ability to lead a team in a busy environment.
The post holder will take responsibility for:
- Managing the smooth functioning of the school office, to lead and manage the administrative systems ensuring the most effective use of resources to support the school, staff, parents and students.
- Ensuring that all who come into contact with the school office have a welcoming and positive experience, such as visitors, parents, staff and students. The office is the first point of contact.
- Lead and guide the office staff, overseeing their work, delegated tasks and fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee distribution of office tasks to ensure all duties are covered and carried out to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records, attendance data, and other administrative records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Discretion, professionalism and confidentiality are pivotal to this role.
