Office Manager job summary
This is an exciting new role for the school, which will provide effective line management and support for a number of administrative roles within the school, as well as supporting the important admissions process.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Effectively managing a team of support staff in administrative roles.
- Managing reception.
- Supporting the admissions process.
The successful candidate will:
- Have comprehensive line management experience and will thrive in a busy office environment where competing priorities are the norm.
- Be highly organised and efficient, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive can-do attitude.
- Have the passion and commitment to work in this environment (although experience of working within a school is desirable not essential).
