Office & Nursery Administrator job summary
Westvale Park Primary Academy is looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Office and Nursery Administrator on a permanent, term-time only plus 2 week basis to join our friendly office team.
The Office and Nursery Administrator will ensure appropriate safeguarding administration of visitors and support the headteacher and staff in running a safe, efficient and welcoming school.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- have previous experience in an office, administrative, or school-based role
- are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- have excellent communication skills
- have a warm, welcoming manner and enjoy being the first point of contact for the school and nursery
- you are enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team, with a good sense of humour
