On Call Behaviour Support Practitioner job summary
You will work with a highly professional team who believe in a calm and orderly learning environment and are ambitious in striving to meet individual needs and improving learning opportunities.
Committed to our principles and values, you will be able to challenge students within the academy environment who are not in lessons and remove students from classrooms when requested. This will require an ability to develop rapport with our students and assist our pastoral wellbeing and behaviour team in re-integrating pupils back into lessons.

As On Call Behaviour Support Practitioner you will be welcomed into an exceptional team of professionals to:
- Enforce high expectations at all times in the academy
- Implement strategies that set challenging and demanding expectations and promote independence
- Support students to improve behaviours
- Support students to overcome personal barriers to academic success
- Deliver a reduction in the number of lesson removals through early intervention work
- Action all on call requests within an agreed timescale
- Provide training to others across the academy
