Location: Birmingham 

Salary: Ark Support Staff Band 5 (Outside London) £23,500 -£26,421  

Start date: As soon as possible.

Contract: Permanent  

Hours: Full Time

About the role 

We are now looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic One-to-One and Mobility Support Assistant. You’ll work with the leader of enhanced provision and class teachers to ensure pupils with a physical and/or educational health care plan are able to access the learning. 

 Our ideal candidate: 

  • Experience of working with children with physical disability within a learning environment.  

  • Helpful, positive, calm and caring nature   

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills  

  • Genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student  

  • Commitment to working in partnership with children/young people and their families to promote optimum health outcomes.
