Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the academy, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage site services, health and safety, and maintenance to provide a safe and efficient learning environment.
- Support budget monitoring and procurement processes.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external agencies to maintain high standards of service.
- Work closely with the Principal and leadership team to deliver operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proactive and organised with a solution-focused approach.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and liaise with stakeholders.
- Experience in operations or facilities management, ideally within an educational environment.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Competent in budget management and resource allocation.
- Skilled in contractor management and overseeing maintenance schedules.
- Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and ensuring a safe environment for pupils and staff.
- IT literacy for managing systems and reporting.
