Operations Manager job summary

Courthouse Green Primary School and Alderman’s Green Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to work across both schools.

This is a key leadership role, supporting the Headteachers by leading on the day-to-day operational management of the schools. The successful candidate will oversee premises, administration, finance, HR processes, safeguarding compliance, and health and safety, ensuring both schools operate smoothly and provide safe, welcoming environments for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The role requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities across two primary school sites, lead and support operational staff, and work closely with Trust colleagues to ensure consistency and compliance.

We are looking for a professional, solution-focused individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships.
