What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead the Think Differently Education Trust estate and facilities management services across all Trust sites, ensuring the estate is well maintained, compliance with all Health and Safety requirements, as well as oversight of cleaning, caretaking, and catering. The ideal candidate should have evidence of further training and professional development.

We provide education for children and young people aged 2 – 19 who are in hospital or unable to attend mainstream school due to their medical conditions or special educational needs.
