What skills and experience we're looking for
At Leeds Mathematics School (LMaS), we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Operations Manager. The role of Operations Manager is crucial to ensuring the smooth, safe and successful day-to-day operations of the school, and to medium- and long-term planning. The Operations Manager will lead the support staff team and ensure they are maximally effective in their roles and that their work always exemplifies GORSE and LMaS values.
If you are the ideal applicant, you will have:
- GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Experience of management in a school and/or office environment.
- Experience of managing financial and/or HR processes and/or Health and Safety.
- Experience of working agilely and flexibly, sometimes under pressure, always in confidence.
- Commitment to the highest quality ‘front of house’ experience.
- Commitment to the highest standards of accuracy, while always meeting deadlines.
