Operations Manager job summary
Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation which is currently made up of 8 schools across Coventry. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.
Lyng Hall School is a vibrant and engaging school on an exciting journey and an exciting opportunity has arisen to support its development. The role is pivotal and will contribute to the development of this school and the MAT. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to its development whilst making a real difference at the school.
We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic individual as they have a key role in supporting the day to day running of the school and ensuring the key business areas are managed. These would include Finance, HR, Estates and Health and Safety. The post holder would also be the primary liaison point between the school and central support functions. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of working with finance and budgets.
Experience of working within a busy office environment and excellent communication skills are essential. Also, being able to work flexibly and meet constantly changing priorities is essential. The post holder will deal with day to day issues at the school and therefore will need to have a flexible approach to work and be willing to take on a wide range of tasks.
The successful applicant will join a team of staff who are committed to supporting both the development of the Trust and the school that they work in, ensuring it operates efficiently and offers the best educational experience possible to all its students.
