Operations Manager job summary

We are looking for an outstanding Operations Manager to join Mill Ford School. You will support the smooth and efficient running of the school office and wider operations of the school including estate management, audit compliance, school catering and Health & Safety. You will have experience in administrative systems and processes, team management, policy development and in building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, high impact position and enjoys being at the heart of a busy school.
