Operations Officer job summary
Location; River Learning Trust Central Office, located currently within the grounds of Gosford Hill School, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 2NT with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Hours; 37 hrs per week, 5 days per week. We are happy to discuss a range of working patterns, including Term Time only, Term Time only (plus) and Full Time
Pay; Grade6 (NJC Scales) £24,702 - £26,873 FTE
A great opportunity to provide active and important administrative support to ensure the efficient running of estates and facilities across all the schools within RLT. This will include pulling together data and analysis through handling and responding to queries from schools, suppliers and Central Team colleagues.
Skills and Experience required
We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working and highly efficient officer with meticulous attention to detail; to help support the H&S compliances, buildings maintenance and procurement activities of the Trust. You should relish the challenge of working in a busy team and must be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering quality work to tight deadlines in a customer service environment.
