What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Out of School Club Supervisor with recent and relevant experience. Candidates should be committed to providing the very best for our children through effective supervision, interaction and play. They should also have a proven track record of robust safeguarding practice and excellent communication. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with children, hard-working, reliable, dynamic, and resilient to join and contribute to our journey. Experience of working with children and managing people is essential. A DfE approved level 3 qualification is essential, paediatric first aid and a food hygiene certificate would be beneficial but not essential.
