What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Intervention Teacher to join our team in a newly created role.

As part of our commitment to ensuring every student belongs, progresses, and thrives, you will play a crucial part in helping students with learning barriers, including anxiety and mental health challenges, reintegrate and succeed in the classroom. In this pivotal role, you will support students who are currently unable to access the full curriculum due to various challenges. Your mission will be to build trusting relationships, instil confidence, and act as a bridge, helping these students return to their educational journey.

This is a fixed-term role until 22 July 2025. In this role, you will work 32.5 hours per week (part-time hours of 16.25 hours per week will be considered).
