• Be a Leadership Champion: Possess an authoritative yet welcoming manner, managing complex diaries, inbox prioritisation, and high-level correspondence on behalf of the Principal with absolute discretion.
• Insist on Precision & Compliance: Manage critical statutory administration - including governance papers, policy frameworks, and strict data compliance for FOI/SAR requests - with 100% data integrity within our MIS and compliance trackers.
• Embrace Strategic Operational Insight: Proactively monitor and coordinate complex school events, suspension documentation, and external stakeholder relations to help execute trust-wide priorities seamlessly.
• Contribute Systemically: Confidently design and maintain efficient digital administrative systems (e.g., SharePoint), manage the central team finance functions like purchase orders, and provide elite-level minute-taking for critical executive boards.
