Pupils at The Clare School have a wide range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail and enjoys a varied workload. 

Personal qualities are of paramount importance, and the individual appointed will be expected to display professionalism, good sense of humour, flexibility and reliability.  

We are looking for a person who has:  

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ICT experience and efficient in time management. 
  • Flexible and resilient in managing and executing their daily responsibilities. 
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills. 
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills. 
  • Reliable and trustworthy. 
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure. 
  • Exemplary attendance record.  

Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 32-37 hours a week. Term Time plus two weeks (hours to be discussed at interview). 

Following successful completion of the probationary period there may be the opportunity for some hybrid working. 

Start date as soon as possible.
