Salary: NJC points 16 - 25, depending on experience: £35,292 - £40,344 pa. Hours: Full-time, working 36 hours per week. Up to 29 days holiday plus bank holidays. Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Start: ASAP

We are looking to appoint an exceptional PA to join our dedicated team of support staff, who will support the Headteacher and SLT (Senior Leadership Team). This is to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a great school and to be part of the wider school community. The ideal candidate will have impeccable organisational and forward-planning skills, administrative efficiency and the ability to learn and use data and communications systems. We are looking for a forward-thinking, self-starter, with high professional standards, warmth and kindness and the ability to be calm, collected and self-assured at all times.

About the role

In this varied role you will have responsibility for co-ordinating the diary of the Headteacher and members of the SLT, scheduling meetings and ensuring the Headteacher is fully briefed. You will fulfil administrative duties and make a significant contribution to the administrative operations of the School, including attending and supporting meetings. You will organise and manage school events, data systems and communications which enable the smooth operation of the School. You will also deal with school communications via email, the school website and weekly St Marylebone Bulletin.
