Part time admin assistant job summary
The Orchard is a new SEMH service, based at Wigmore Primary School and serving the Eastern Partnership of Luton schools.
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide clerical, administrative and receptionist support to the Orchard team.
We are looking for someone to:
Be the first point of contact for schools, parents and visitors to the Orchard;
Maintain computerised systems and manual files;
Manage diaries and organise meetings, visits etc;
Provide first aid and general clerical support to the Orchard;
Follow school policies and procedures;
Organise and manage your own time;
Work effectively while under pressure
You will be working as part of a team who believe in inclusion and success for all students, giving them the best possible prospects for their future lives. We are ambitious in striving to meet individual needs and improving students’ learning opportunities.
