Part time Admin Assistant job summary

Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. This permanent, job share position is part time, working for 17.5 hours per week, from 12pm - 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

You will:

  • Have experience of working in a busy office.
  • Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
  • Maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
