What skills and experience we're looking for

The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our fantastic and dedicated team . This is initially a part time role, 3 days a week.

The role will be front of house, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone,dealing with parent queries,supporting staff throughout the school with their administration needs, as well as ordering goods and services.

The applicant should be enthusiastic, committed, have high expectations of all children and have previous experience of dealing with the public.

We are looking for someone who:

    • Works effectively as part of a dedicated and conscientious team.
    • Highly motivated, with the ability to use initiative and work independently when required.

    • Shows a willingness and capacity to learn, develop, and take on new responsibilities.
    • Possesses good ICT skills and is confident in the use of relevant digital systems and applications.
