The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a successful record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning which results in high pupil attainment and progress.
- Be an excellent team player.
- Have a creative, inspiring and innovative approach to teaching.
- Have the highest expectations in all aspects of learning and behaviour for all of our pupils.
- Show commitment to the overall ethos of the school.
- Be forward thinking and keen to develop professionally to benefit the pupils in your care.
- Be flexible, creative and show resilience when faced with challenging situations.
- Have experience of teaching in Upper Key Stage 2.
