Part-time HLTA (Enhanced Provision and PPA cover) job summary

We are looking for an HLTA to join St John’s and contribute to our warm and nurturing learning environment and the best practice we have established. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team at an all-through school (2-16 Years) as part of the Cambrian Learning Trust. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with families and the local community, to make our school a place of fascination and enjoyment for all children to learn and discover, whatever their needs and abilities.

You must be a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic practitioner, committed to ensuring children's progress in line with our curriculum and its drivers (curiosity, creativity and discovery). You would have responsibility to lead mornings in our Enhanced Pathway Provision (The Pod) and to provide PPA cover for teaching staff.

Term Time Only (38 weeks per year plus 5 days).
