Grade 3 Point 4-7 - £24,404 – £25,584 (Actual Salary) £14,883– £15,602

26 hours per week - Term time plus teacher training days

Wednesday 7.30am-5.00pm, Thursday & Friday 8.00am-5.00pm

The governors of this popular, over-subscribed, Catholic school are seeking to appoint a well-organised, professional, friendly and approachable Receptionist, to provide a receptionist and administrative service to students and school staff.

The successful candidate will:

Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and spoken.

Perform accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Use text messaging service to notify Parents and update messages received.

Display excellent organisational skills; be adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.

Have the ability to empathise with students’ parents/carers.

Experience of dealing with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries.

Experience working in a busy environment and prioritising competing demands.

Be responsible for dealing with the daily distribution of post both incoming and outgoing.

Receive and accept deliveries.

Experience of general school office administration.
