Part time Support Manager 0.75 job summary
Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to education? Our short-stay school in Basingstoke provides a nurturing environment for learners who have been permanently excluded or are at risk of exclusion. We also offer outreach services and home tuition for those unable to attend school due to medical reasons.
We are seeking a committed individual to join our team, supporting students with Social, Emotional, Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SECID). You will play a key role in managing behaviour, implementing interventions, and building positive relationships with learners and families.

The Chiltern Way Academy is a cutting edge and transformational Special Needs Trust providing high-quality education, care and therapy for the huge range of need that exists across the behaviour spectrum.
Our site in Basingstoke is an Alternative Provision for learners who have been permanently excluded, are at risk of permanent exclusion or have medical needs. We can support up to 42 learners on site and we also offer outreach services to support young people in mainstream schools who are facing barriers to inclusion.
We wish to appoint a Head Teacher at our Futures Campus to be responsible for leading and managing the school day and the leadership of whole school aspects in consultation with the Executive Principal and ELT. The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience and a proven track record of making considerable progress in critical school improvement.
