Part Time Teaching Assistant job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Burford Primary School as a Teaching Assistant. The right candidate will be able to support and develop our vision of Respect, Aspire, Achieve and have a passion for ensuring that all children develop academically, socially and emotionally in a caring environment.

You will work closely with class teachers and our SENCo, supporting whole class teaching, small group work, or working individually with children, some of whom will have additional needs. Relevant qualifications would be advantageous, however, for the right candidate, we will support you with training needs.

Burford Primary School, as a member of the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust, is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders in regulated activity are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced check. Online checks may also be carried out to comply with KCSIE
