Teaching Assistant Level 2 - Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our supportive team. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of learning, communication, behavioural and personal care needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will support pupils both individually and in small groups, promote independence and inclusion, and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment. You will assist with the delivery of learning activities, support individual education and therapy programmes, and work collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
Experience of working with children with additional needs is desirable, although training will be provided, including specialist medical, therapy and behaviour support training where required.
