What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our dedicated team. Working closely with teachers and senior staff, you will support pupils with complex SEND needs, including severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, helping them access learning in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.

The role involves delivering tailored learning activities, supporting therapy and behaviour programmes, supervising classes when required, and promoting positive behaviour, independence and engagement. You will contribute to lesson planning, pupil progress monitoring, and the wider life of the school, including trips, off‑site learning and family support where appropriate.
