What skills and experience we're looking for

We are currently seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Assistant to work within our Pastoral department to provide administrative support, arrange meetings, liaising with colleagues and external agencies etc and be the central point of contact for the Pastoral team. The successful candidate will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
