Pastoral and Attendance Lead job summary
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral Lead, providing and coordinating emotional support for our pupils. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day to day running of our happy and successful school. As a school, we endeavor to make a real difference to the lives of the children within our care. The culture in school is one of high expectations and aspiration for all. The successful candidate will be required to effectively support the emotional needs of pupils, enabling them to access all curriculum areas and make good progress. This support may be provided by the individual or may be sought from external agencies.
We seek team members who are genuinely up for a challenge and who want to get involved with all aspects of our academy life.
